Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your delivery address, if you choose delivery
• Order details — size, toppings, pickup/delivery date, and any notes you add
• Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we don't receive or store your card details

How we use it

• To prepare, fulfill, and communicate with you about your order
• To calculate an accurate delivery fee based on distance from our kitchen
• To process payment and calculate applicable sales tax
• To keep records for accounting, customer service, and tax purposes

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site and fulfill your order. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Stripe — payment processing and tax calculation
• Mapbox — converts your delivery address into a distance, to calculate the delivery fee
• Neon — our order database
• Resend — sends us an internal email when a new order comes in
• Netlify — hosts this website

We don't share your information with anyone else except as needed to fulfill your order or as required by law.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as reasonably needed for order fulfillment, customer service, and our own accounting and tax recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You can contact us anytime to ask what information we have about you, or to request that we delete it, subject to what we're required to retain for legal or tax purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
