Golden Puffs is operated by Impact Plaza Network LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
All puff-puff is made fresh to order. Package sizes, topping options, and prices shown at checkout are current as of the time you order and may change without notice for future orders. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details ourselves.
You'll choose a pickup or delivery date at checkout from our available dates, which require at least 48 hours' notice and follow our current seasonal schedule. Larger orders beyond what's offered online, or catering for events, are handled by phone at (509) 731-4707.
Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on distance from our kitchen and are shown before you complete checkout. Delivery is only available within our posted range. It's your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. For pickup orders, we'll share the pickup location by phone or text after you order.
Because everything is made fresh to order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email if you need to change or cancel an order. We can't guarantee changes once preparation has started.
As a made-to-order, perishable food product, we're generally unable to offer refunds once an order has been prepared. If there's an issue with your order — it arrives incorrect, damaged, or not as described — please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Our kitchen prepares food that may contain or come into contact with wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and other common allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before ordering so we can talk through your options.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order and submit payment through this site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impact Plaza Network LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
